The faults we deal with
Weak or warm airflow, a system that will not start, water leaking from an indoor unit, unusual noise, tripping, or a unit that runs constantly without reaching temperature. Each of those has several possible causes, which is why the job starts with fault finding and diagnostics.
Common repairs include refrigerant leak detection and gas repairs and recharging, PCB replacement, compressor replacement, fan motor repairs, sensor replacement, capacitor replacement and condensate drain cleaning.
Repair or replace
Sometimes the honest answer is that a repair is not worth doing. If a system is old enough and the fault expensive enough that replacement makes more sense, we will say so and quote the replacement rather than take the repair money.

My air conditioner is running but not cooling. What is wrong?
It could be a refrigerant leak, a failed compressor or fan motor, a dirty filter or coil, or a sensor or PCB fault. They present similarly, so we diagnose before quoting rather than guessing.
Do you repair systems you did not install?
Yes, across all the system types we work on — ducted, split, multi split, VRV and VRF.
Is it worth repairing an old air conditioner?
Sometimes not. If the system is old and the fault major, replacement is often the better spend. We will tell you which we think it is and quote accordingly.
Can you come out after hours?
Yes. Emergency air conditioning breakdowns are part of what we do — call and we will tell you how soon we can get to you.
